1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Mutiny ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mutiny. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has consented to your use.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mutinyapp.gg if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Harass, threaten, or harm other users
Post or distribute illegal content, including CSAM
Spam, phish, or conduct fraudulent activity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Distribute malware or other harmful code
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you post on Mutiny. By posting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and transmit that content as necessary to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and its legality.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep Mutiny running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or service interruptions.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by contacting support@mutinyapp.gg. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
